Kidney Blues

How is it that there are so many people waiting on national lists for transplants and for some folks in the public light get donated organs just because of who they are? Does money talk??? Look at Marion Barry (former DC Mayor) and now Natalie Cole today. Nothing against them, but what about the regular person that can't get the media attention?
